lootcastpuff-bot is a small Reddit app I run on r/LootCastPuff. When a new article goes up on lootcastpuff.com, it posts the link to the subreddit. That’s all it does.
Privacy
- What it reads: the public list of published articles on lootcastpuff.com (title, link and date). Nothing else.
- What it keeps: the ids of the articles it has already posted, stored in the app’s own storage on Reddit, so nothing posts twice.
- What it never touches: anything about Reddit users. No usernames, messages, votes or comments are read, collected or stored, and it sends nothing anywhere except the link posts to r/LootCastPuff.
- The links it posts carry a small tag (
utm_source=reddit) so the site’s analytics can count visits that came from the subreddit. What lootcastpuff.com itself collects is in the Privacy Policy.
Terms
- The app is free and made for r/LootCastPuff only. It’s provided as is, with no promise it posts every article or posts on time.
- Moderators can switch it off any time in the subreddit’s app settings (“Post new LootCastPuff articles here”) or remove it.
- Reddit itself is covered by Reddit’s User Agreement. The website is covered by the LootCastPuff Terms and Conditions.
- Run by LootCastPuff LLC, New York.
